Hello

I am a second-year Master of Science in Urban Planning student at Columbia University with a passion for creating equitable, sustainable, and vibrant communities. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I cultivated a deep interest in urban development, public policy, and community engagement.

Professionally, I have pursued opportunities that align with my passion for community development and public service. My experiences have allowed me to support individuals in achieving their goals, facilitate programs that foster personal growth, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen communities and promote equity. These roles have deepened my commitment to creating positive, lasting impacts in the spaces where people live, work, and connect.

I am driven by a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, data-driven insights, and interdisciplinary approaches to urban challenges. Whether analyzing geospatial data, leading teams, or engaging with stakeholders, I strive to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that improve the quality of life in our cities.

 

I am deeply interested in exploring careers in transit planning, community and economic development, geographic information systems, the built environment, and urban development. My interdisciplinary approach combines technical expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to creating more inclusive and sustainable cities.
